Jules Verne – Gold Rum
The godfather of “Steam Punk” and “Speak Easy” bars. A truly classic and pure single rum that has a touch of Bourbon due to the aging on American oak. A medium gold color and is made of organic sugar cane molasses that is rich in caramel, toffee and chocolate flavors. The American oak adds a wide range of smokey, floral notes to the mix. The final result is a complex, dry, sweet, spicy Bourbon style Rum.
Armadillo – French Oak Rum
Ursprünglich habe ich diesen Rum nur für mich selbst destilliert. Da meine Freunde ihn auch lecker fan- den, wurde Armadillo geboren. Mir war es wichtig, so viel wie möglich von der Melasse zu schmecken … die Eiche sollte nicht die Melasse-Aromen überlagern. Armadillo hat eine großes Spektrum an Vanille, Schokolade und Lakritz aus der Melasse. Ein sensorisch süßes Aroma, ohne zusätzlichen Zucker!
Marianne de Paraguay – Pure Single Spiced Rum
Real vanilla beans from Indonesia (organic) … from a friend who grows them there. Petit Grain from Paraguay … a kind of bitter orange aroma. Only the shell is used. Cinnamon sticks, cloves, anise and a little pepper. Sensual sweetness, caramel, chocolate and toffee are added from the wood. The spices are added to the rum like with gin distilled. No excerpt. The 100% natural spices, the organic molasses and the absence of artificial flavors, colorings or caramelized sugar make the handcrafted rum a true taste experience compared to industrially produced rum.
Armadillo – Blushed Blond Rum
After creating Armadillo French Oak I created the same rum, but aged on American Oak.
The Blushed Blond is a slightly sweet rum with a dominant American oak flavor with a tendency to a Bourbon. An easy to drink after work rum with notes of vanilla, marzipan, rose and caramel.
